Mr Allor is a member of several government and non-profit committees such as the Cyber Security Commission for the 44th President which develops strategy for improving cyber security of federal systems and critical infrastructure. He is also the programme manager for intelligence and vendor relations for IBM Internet Security Systems, where he is responsible for guiding the company’s overall security intelligence initiatives and participation in enterprise and government implementation strategies.

Mr Alexander is an active member of the California Public Services Board for IT Security where he provides advice and guidance in the handling, protection, and access of data by agencies of the State. Speaker Bio:

Mr Ng is the assistant director of the Infocomm Security and Trust division at the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA), and is closely involved in the planning of Singapore’s Infocomm Security Masterplan. He has over 12 years of experience in infocomm security in both public and private sectors. Prior to joining IDA, he was a security consultant for a global internet security firm and a Singaore-based IT solutions provider.
